Well Well Well...

you know the song, rain rain go away, come again another day....well

My song is: RAIN RAIN PLEEZE PLEEZE STAY WE NEED WE LOVE THAT YOU ARE HERE TO PLAY! Except....tomorrow I will am .................................................

Last night it rained and rained and rained and it smelled so good and the air was clean and fresh and we jumped on our bikes after dinner hoping to catch the sunset that was brilliant....but lost the sun by just minutes! darn!

This is the sun! It was just brilliant! We got home just in time to jump on our bikes and ride to the top of the hill to capture the last of it as it passed behind the hill....

I couldn't get the video to work. Grrr! Blogger!
I'll try again later, but I get the idea anyway!

Your bike rides are really great! Lovely sunset, beautiful views! I've really only traveled the East coast, so this is such a nice change of pace for me!
I really do want to make a few trips (Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, Texas) before we finally settle on where we're going to retire. I really like the look of the desert areas, and I've always had a fascination with Texas, but let's see once I visit those areas if I think I could actually live there or if it will always be something I admire from afar!
Nice post! Thanks for sharing!

And thanks for all your kind comments to me all the time on my blog! I appreciate the visits!
Love,
Eileen

I can't believe you're so happy with that rain!! You sound like a very happy person Linda, singing in the car while you drive home in the rain! LOL, you made my day!!

By the way, why not come live in Belgium, you would get more than enough rain, believe me! It's raining ... No, it stopped, I can see a little bit of blue sky again! WOOHOO8

Third try was the charm! I got to see the video (first try, it was just frozen, second try, it was a black screen and no sound, third try, golden)!
Very cute! I enjoyed it a lot, and it reminded me of a few days we had here, pouring rain, I mean POURING, and yet, sun shining and blue skies! Where did it come from?! Eerie but beautiful!

So I guess it's safe to say that you sing in the car while driving! I do believe that rain is headed here. Jake say's, "Good I don't have to finish trimming!" I loved your little video Linda! Love Di

Hi Linda, So funny - just as I was watching your video it thundered and now it's raining here. Thanks for sending us the moisture! Over the weekend, I shared your Zumba video with my D-i-L. In answer to your question on my blog - many wild creatures inhabit our forests here in CO including black bear, mt lion, coyote, and fox. In fact, some of them visit in my yard. I keep a sharp eye out when I'm hiking (or even working in my gardens!).

Great little video. I'll forgive you showing rain when we've had so much of it. Glad it brings someone such joy!
