The first night, Saturday, they all climbed into my bed and got all snuggled up to watch a movie, they like our bed because it is adjustable.

The next morning, Sunday, was blueberry waffle morning with fresh juiced apples and oranges.  They all got to help Papa make the yummy juice…

The ducks and geese are very friendly!  They saw the kids coming with a sack of bread and pretty much followed them around, sometimes chasing them to get more!Christmas 09 St. George new camera 057

As always, thank you for putting it into perspective. Great pics, great memories. Love the hat you made. That's some talent. And as far as dessert goes, I never skip out on that. My waistline is it's own testimony! Love you, Auntie Lulu.

Linda, thank you for your comments on my blog. Your blog is so chocked full of family and fun. I need to visit more often.
Your 21" trout reminded me of the trip I made to my daughter's family in Escalante a few years back. They live in Nephi, now, much to my disappointment. I love the Escalante area, and its surrounding countryside. When I gave my grandson, Braden, his first rod n' reel, we went fishing up in the mountains at Posey Lake. The first fish he caught on the new pole was a 21" rainbow. After we caught it an old man who was a local fisherman walked up and said we were fishing in his favorite spot on the lake. When he saw Braden's fish, he said that in all of his years fishing that spot, he had only caught one near that size, there. It was in our first 30 minutes that "we" had caught it. Actually, Braden had dropped the pole in my lap and ran when he saw the fish jump about 10 feet from the bank. I had to coax him back by telling him that I would help him. It was quite a memorable Rainbow. We still rehash that day. He is a freshman in highschool, now. Hold your head high. That five pound fish should weigh 15 pounds in your stories, now.

Some how this post slipped by me Linda, it certainly was a happy one. You have beautiful grandchildren and what looks like beautiful times together. I can see you enjoy them fully, like I did, they really grow up fast Linda...all of mine, except for Alivia are teenagers or will be next year. Loved your photos...very sharp and clear!

What a perfect post! Your happiness leaps off the page. We used to let our kids ride tricycles and other riding vehicles around the house, and would joke about some future archeologist finding the dents in the door casements and wondering what caused them! :<) Your grandchildren are wonderful, and I love all the family pictures. Is your blog header near you? What about the water in your pictures in this post?

Darling thank you so much for visiting me and for the sweet comment you left behind. I do hope that by this summer, your rose garden will be planted so that you can enjoy the what I call first delightful wonder of the world. Roses are the most gorgeous flower, especially the pink ones. My favourite is the Lady Diana one, it smells heavenly. Have a lovely day.

Love & Hugs
