Ha Ha Ha (not Ho Ho Ho)

Well, there is good news and bad news about my Christmas decorations.
The good news is that I truly outdid myself this year. The bad news is that I had to take them down after only two days. I had more people come screaming up to my house than ever. Great stories. But two things made me take it down. First, the police advised me that it would cause traffic accidents as they almost wrecked when they drove by. Second, a 55 year old lady grabbed the ladder and almost killed herself putting it against my house and didn't realize it was fake until she climbed to the top (she was not happy). She was one of many people who attempted to do that.  My yard couldn't take it either. I have more than a few tire tracks where people literally drove up my yard.

I think I made him too real this time. But it was fun while it lasted. ;)  Just kidding!

This was not my house, or any house that I actually know.  Someone passed this along to me as a e-mail.  I LOVED IT, something I would do, but haven’t yet.  I will let you know when Huhoney actually does.  Or one of my jokester kids do! hehehe

ps…thanks for all the kind comments on my Thanksgiving post.  It was a fun weekend, so happy I could share with my village friends!

Goodness Linda..I thought you took a energy drink and it got the best of you!
It reminds me of that movie with Chevy Chase, where he lights the outside of his house to the extreme..which is one of my favorite movies!
Thanks for the laugh...it does a person good!

Santa's dangling from balconies and windows are a very common sight here in Belgium. Did you know?

OMGosh Linda, you are too funny...maybe if it had been a Santa Claus with his spilled bag of toys, it would have been OK. At least it can stay on your blog for all of us to enjoy and see!

Gosh - I thought at first I somehow had to get to St George and rescue poor Huhoney! Funny! I can see how people would do a double-take....
I really like your Santa Wallpaper.
