Lost for words?? NEVER

By now you all should know me (a little) and I am not often lost for words.  Every day  I have opened up villagers post and been uplifted.  I think to myself, “self” you should post something, you have a lot to say…you always have a lot to say…and then after the day has gone by, I just don’t say anything….so here it is “Wordful Wednesday” once again and I didn’t put together everything that I was thinking during the week.  Better later than never!

My sweet Camille (wife to my oldest son, mother to “the little rascals”) had her 30th birthday!  My son lead her on a scavenger hunt all over the valley where they live and it ended in the canyons up above the city of Salt Lake where friends and family awaited her arrival.  SHE DIDN’T HAVE A CLUE and the surprise was everything my son had planned!  Wait- a- go Mikie!  What a wonderful hubby you are…and Camille  you are such a blessing in my life.  I love you!

Next up…was one of the “little rascals” Birthday.  Our little lollipop (Lauren) turned the big 3!    From the first time I held this adorable baby I knew she was going to be a “little rascal”pics from home 801pics from home 462

We will be traveling up North to see the “Little Rascals” this weekend.  I need another fix before I am out of it for a few weeks.  I am having surgery on October 2nd.  Tomorrow I will write a little bit about it and what is going on with me.  It is the above mentioned that makes me what I am.  It is for these beautiful children that I wake up each morning and thank God for my blessings and of course without my “Huhoney”  I wouldn’t have the courage to do what I am about to have to undergo.

I don’t have anything cute or profound to say today!  No words of rhyme or reason!  But it was a very WORDFUL WEDNESDAY AND I DID HAVE A LOT TO SAY…..

hugs to you all villagers….until tomorrow!

This was such a nice tribute to your daughter-in-law and to all your beautiful grandchildren!

You did such a great job of arranging and putting captions on all your pictures...are you getting professional on us Linda?

Will be keeping your upcoming surgery in prayer...no surgery or the anticipation of it, is fun and I have had more than I ever wanted for sure.

blessings and hugs,

marcy

Linda...your post is so full of love....and that love radiates through every word...and photo.
Your grandchildren are precious...!!!! I love looking at Lauren's time-line photos...She was beautiful as a baby...and is cute as a button...and I'm sure will be beautiful!! Guess what?
I have one Granddaughter.
Her name: Lauren
You know that we have to love it!!!
Ryan and Kyler's first day of first grade looked like a happy day for them! (Wonder when kids get over being happy going to school? :)) )
And look at Brooklyn's smile...and stringing the beads...school should be fun (and learning should be too!)
If Owne isn't the cutest soccer player...and scoring TWO goals!! Incredible. My Lauren played soccer, and it was fun to see her just get 'near' the ball. :))
Madison is a pretty name...and a pretty young lady. Better get ready to beat off the guys...and I'm sure that your HuHoney (what do they call Grandad?) will have a big stick to remind the guys to treat Madison like the sweet girl that I know she is.
I don't know if times have changed or not...but I wasn't allowed to date until I was 16...and I didn't allow my daughter to either. She didn't rebel about it....that's just the way it was....regardless of what the 'other girls' were doing. I do dread the day that my Granddaughter (who is still in elementary school) has her first date..because my son will probably have the life history, and ancestry of the guy that takes her out... :))
About your surgery, I'm marking October 2 on my calendar. You will be in my prayers, my friend.
Thank you for 'listening' to all this. I do hope that you have a good day tomorrow. (You are too young-looking in those photos to be a grandmother (what do they call you? I may have asked...but I'm a Nana...and I'm allowed to forget! :)) ) You look pretty in the photos...and I know that you are soooo proud of your family....
It comes across so sweetly in your blog. They love you, too. How could they not.
Smiles and love,
Jackie

Aaaw sweetie, you need surgery? Sending you good vibes Linda, and strength and courage. Your grandkids are so adorable, and little Owen on the soccer field just stole MY heart too!!! He looks so cute, no wonder they love him. He's going to be a lady's man, I can tell!
Happy birthday to Camille, they look like the happiest couple!
Happy birthday to the little lollipop too of course!
What a great family you have Linda.

Great post! Your grandchildren are so very adorable. I wish you the best in your upcoming surgery. It's easy to see you have a good support group with your family, but you have friends out here that are pulling for you too. My best to you Linda.
